The Committee on Energy moved to amend the committee substitute as follows:

On page 2, section 1, subdivision 3, line 18, by striking out the period and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

“: Provided, That the term “pipeline facility” shall not include pipelines of four inches or less, measuring the inside diameter, that service a farm or residence.”
